Summer Employment Opportunity - Now Open!
Borough of Fairview is now accepting applications for Summer Employment.
Employment Dates: June 29th - August 7th
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be a Fairview Resident
- Must be 16 years of age or older
Required Documentation:
- Completed Contact Information Form
- Completed W-4 Form
- Completed I-9 Form
- Copy of valid photo identification
- Copy of Social Security Card
If you are 16 years old: Working papers required
If you are 18 years or older: A background check must be completed prior to the start of employment. Failure to complete a background check will result in inability to begin employment.
Application Deadline: May 15th
All paperwork must be handed in and completed in full no later than May 15th.
